We have cables that fit your tire size of 235/55-19 with the Glacier set part # PW1046. The reason cables are required is because they require a very low amount of clearance since they are thinner than most chains. Now that said the easiest to install chains that fit your tire size that also require the same low clearance would be the Konig tire chains part # TH04115250 which install in a matter of seconds and do not require you to sit or lay down in the snow to install.
