Recommendation on a replacement for the above unit and do you have it in stock.

I recommend upgrading your Atwood unit to the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR98SR because it has a much better performance rating than the older styles with the tank.

There are still a few tank styles on the market, but the tankless water heaters are currently growing in popularity because they don't have a finite amount of water in the tank - they heat the water much quicker so the tank isn't needed and you don't have to take "Army-style" showers anymore!
