What is the year of your Honda CR-V and does it have a factory roof rack or aftermarket roof rack? For the roof rack how much useable space do the crossbars have (side to side)?

You will most likely be able to get up to 3 bikes on the roof as long as the one in the middle is facing the opposite direction as the 2 outer bikes. This is especially true with wider bike racks such as the Thule ProRide # TH598004.

You will also need to make sure that the combined weight of everything on the roof is within the capacity of the roof rack.
