The 2018 and 2017 Chevy Colorado 2WD manual transmission requires drive shaft coupling (disconnect) for flat towing. The automatics can be flat towed when using Lube Pump LP-BK01-020 which we don't carry. We do have the other components you need to flat tow and I'm happy to help you with recommendations for a great system.
For base plates, I recommend the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-523182-4. These are easy to install with some threadlocker like # LT37420. Then for your tow bar, I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - 6,000 lbs # RM-520. This will connect your motorhome to your Colorado. You will also need safety cables like # RM-643.
Then for your tow bar wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This will utilize your factory wiring while protecting it to allow your truck lights to function as needed. You mush disconnect your vehicle battery for towing as outlined in your owners manual.
For your braking system, I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251. This system makes it easy to use because it only requires adjustment at the initial installation. After that it becomes a reliable plug and play system.
Finally, you will need a high-low adapter. This will be a specific part for your combination of motorhome and truck, so I've attached and article to help you with measurements and have linked the page to your options to make it easy.
This is a lot of information, so let me know if you have further questions.
