Is Erickson E-Track Trailer Cargo Control Available With Galvanized Mounting Base

saw a cargo truck outfitted with e-track mounted on the walls and the bottom two track were attached to a galvanized plate running the length of the wall and appeared to be all one piece. Is there a kit for this?, can it be special ordered? or was this just a extremely well done custom job?

It is possible that the galvanized plate is a custom job, it could be part of the cargo truck, or the track was already installed in the truck from the manufacturer.
The item you selected, Erickson E-Track Trailer Cargo Control, part # EM59150 is zinc plated. The E-Track can be mounted using screws, or rivets. If using screws, I would use a stronger grade screw like sheet metal screws.
For tie downs and straps I would recommend either the E-Track Tie-Off Ring # 59131, or E-Track 2 inch D-Ring, part # E59143. Also available is the Erickson E-Track Strap with Ratchet, part # EM59136, if you do not already have straps.
