Expert Reply:
The Stromberg Carlson 2" Motor Home Hitch Receiver for 4-1/2" x 4" Bumpers - 200 lbs # BA-100 does not have manufacturer instructions for installation available online. I've attached a video to assist but the installation is simply tightening the 4 attachment bolts with wrenches or sockets so that the top and bottom plate are parallel and tight to the bumper.
This product is not for towing and not to be used with an adapter or extender. It is only rated for use with hitch-mounted RV-approved accessories.
