Will the TorkLift Lock and Load SideKick Cargo Tray Clear a Spare Tire w/a Honda Generator On It?

Question:
I have a question about 6x21 TorkLift Lock and Load SideKick Cargo Tray for 2inch Hitches - 200 lbs. I have Honda eu 2200 generator. if I put Honda generator on this , how far distance from the end of hitch receiver to the side of Honda generator when it is loaded on the tray? My trailer has spare tire on the rear. the spare tire is extend out about 6 inch from the end of hitch receiver. the spare tire may block the generator tray space. Do I need to hitch receive extender? Thank you.

Hey Hiroshi, thanks for the information. The closest portion of the 16x21 TorkLift Lock and Load SideKick Cargo Tray item # TLA7901 is going to be 6" away from your trailer's hitch pin hole. The inside of the tray measures 21-1/4" long x 16-1/8" wide x 3-15/16" deep so that center section is going to be 12" back from the hitch pin hole so you're definitely going to have enough clearance from your spare for the tray.
A Honda EU2200i generator only measures 11.4" wide. With the generator mounted in the center of the TorkLift item # TLA7901 the closest portion of it will be 8.25" from the hitch pin hole on your trailer.
How far is the outside edge of your spare tire from the hitch pin hole on your trailer's hitch receiver?
