I realized after I sent the note that the Arctic Fox 990 is actually only 17’ 6” long, so maybe the CAM45770 would be a better fit?

The Camco UltraGuard Slide-In Camper Cover - 19-1/2' Long # CAM45773 will have some slack in the width and length to cover your side jacks. The overall width of your camper is 97 inches, so you will have 5 inches of width extra. You will also have about 24 inches of additional length based on the manufacturer measurements, so when you also account for that you will have no problem covering those swing out jacks as well. The hold-down straps that are integrated will need to be secured after the jacks are covered so you will be able to securely hold the cover with that additional width included.

The Camco UltraGuard Slide-In Camper Cover - 18' Long # CAM45770 would be a better fit for the camper itself but with the additional width of the jacks when swung out, I can't confirm that this cover would allow the fit. It may fit well, but I'd hate to recommend it and have it be too tight around the jacks for your specific application. Normally there is some play for things like this, but every camper is different.
