I have a 2018 Toyota 4Runner and an Hopkins Impulse Break Controller, I just need to know what parts I can use to connect these two things together? It has the two package just need to add the break controller.

I did some checking and the 2018 Toyota 4Runner uses the same brake controller wiring harness as the previous 2 model years. That means you can use # HM47815 with your Impulse brake controller.
But, I actually recommend a different approach because the factory ground on the Toyota tow packages where a brake controller plugs in has proven to be insufficient for many brake controllers. I propose using harness # 3041-P which has a separate ground wire to combat that issue. You would have to cut off the connector on the brake controller leaving just the wires and cut off the end of the 3041-P harness that does not plug into the truck. Then it is just a matter of hardwiring the 2 together color for color.
