Does Wiring Installed on Bumper of 2003 Ford F-250 Need to be Removed for Curt # C15410 Installation

Question:
2003 f250. My factory wiring plug both round and flat are mounted to the bottom of the bumper. Will that have to be removed?

Actually if you look at the attached photo you can see that we didn't remove the wiring that is mounted to the bumper on the 2003 Ford F-350 when we installed the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15410.
