On the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41922 there is a distance of 34-1/4 inches across the width of the mounting brackets from bolt hole to bolt hole, on center.
Then going front to back there is a measurement of 2.55 inches between the first two holes closest to the hitch receiver, on center. Between the next two holes going back there is a distance of 2.75 inches and then to the next there is a distance of 5.52 inches. The last two holes at the rear of the hitch are again spaced apart 2.55 inches.
I have attached an image to assist.
This particular hitch is designed to fit the 1999-2004 Ford F-250/350 Pickup.
