I have a 2007 Master Craft single axel trailer i need to replace the original Reliable brake actuator. Do you have a replacement actuator.

For your application I recommend using the Titan Actuator # T63FR if you have drum brakes or the Dexter DX7.5 # 099-175-20 if you have disc brakes. These are rated for 7,500 lbs and fit a 2" hitch ball which should match up just fine for your 2007 Mastercraft boat trailer. These have holes so they can be bolted on or you can choose to have them welded on by a professional if that's what you'd rather do.

Reliable has been out of the actuator business for a while now so there aren't any replacement parts or a direct fit from them.
