2018 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 35P with a 10 inch dual down hitch Blue Ox tow bar. Towing a 2015 Fiat 500L. Will the Roadmaster Tow Defender work?

I do have a solution for you, however the Roadmaster Tow Defender # RM-4700 referenced in your question is only compatible with Roadmaster tow bars with Quick-Disconnect systems. If you are using a Blue Ox tow bar, along with Blue Ox brackets, you will instead want to use the Roadmaster Tow Defender # RM-4750.
This product's heavy-duty nylon screen will do a great job of deflecting rocks and other road debris down and away from your towed vehicle. It will fit any RV with a 2 inch hitch receiver and measures 40 inches x 72 inches.
