I try to found a roof rack for chevy equinox 2018 without side rail. Is it possible to fix something direct on the 4 post on the car roof?

For your 2018 Chevy Equinox, I recommend the Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points # RRRVP49. This will use the factory fixed mounting points and will not use the clips that come down into the door frame. It will look like it came from the factory but you will have the T-slots and locks that would not come with a factory roof rack. I've attached the installation details to assist.

If you prefer the aftermarket look while still utilizing these mounting locations, then I recommend the following:
Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA118B-2
RCL Legs - Fixed Mounting Points # RRRCL4
Custom RCP Fit Kit # RRRCP62-BK
Metal Lock Cores # RRVA-LEC4

hello, this is a great response and i have a similar question. i have thule (square) bars that i would like to use. is there a kit that can attach to the factory fixed mounting posts which would allow me to use my thule bars thanx very much

Unfortunately there isn't a Thule setup that uses the fixed mounting points on your Equinox's roof. The best solution I can offer is a whole new square bar system that uses a clamp-style attachment. If you have older Thule square bars (that don't feature an integrated channel along the bottom) then you'll need to upgrade those as well, as Thule has since discontinued them along with the feet that they attach to. For your Equinox the Thule Square Bar System consists of parts # TH712400, # TH710501, # TH145206 is the way to go.

I'd go with either roof rack style that Jason mentions above as all of the other options use clamps to install the roof rack as opposed to those fixed mounting points. You can find the complete cost once you add everything to your online cart and start going through the checkout process.
