I have a 2019 chevy equinox that has 4 rectangular pads on the roof. What roof rack do I need to transport 2 kayaks?

Thanks for that info, and what your 2019 Chevy Equinox has are fixed mounting points, and there is a roof rack that will fit directly in those mounting points, from Rhino-Rack. The rack consists of the following parts:
