Question:
One barb fitting y piece to connect potable water line to faucet only using cold water through the faucet. Plus need water line from tank to faucet via shurflo pump and accumulator Inside diameter of line should be 1/2inch obviously potable water so do not need anything that will taint the water

First, the fittings in our freshwater connectors and fittings page, which I have linked for you, are going to be safe for potable water. There are a lot of options, nothing labeled as a "Y" per se but I am sure that one of them, such as an elbow fitting like # RF844, or Tee fitting such as # RF843, could work for the line to the faucet.
For 1/2 inch inner diameter water line we have # W01-1600PB (10 feet), # W01-1600 (100 feet), and # W01-1605BU (500 feet). These selections are all non-toxic.
