Best 235/80-16 Tire for a 5th Wheel Trailer
Updated 05/04/2018 | Published 05/03/2018 >
Question:
What tire would you recommend with size LT 235 80R 16 “G” load rating if $$ we’re not the main issue. I would almost prefer to over buy than get a tire that is just enough. I hope that make sense. Thanks.

In order to replace the 235/80-16 tires you have on your trailer now, I recommend using the Provider Radial Trailer Tire part # PRG80235. This tire has a load range G rating (4,080 lbs) which will work well for you so long as the total weight of your 5th wheel trailer does not exceed 16,320 lbs. It also has an M speed rating (81 mph) which is far more than most other tires this size. A few unique features of this tire is that is has tread depth bars which allow you to easily inspect the wear level and regroovable tread which can help extend the life of the tires. It comes with a two year warranty
I have attached a review video on the above tire for you as well.
