There is only one option to help you get the gooseneck and rails you desire in your 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 short bed. The standard rails attach at the same locations as the gooseneck hitch brackets so individual options are not compatible. My recommendation is to use the Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Complete Hitch # RP30158-68 which will give you the underbed gooseneck hitch and the underbed rails with the pucks for a clean bed when not in use.
Then you can use your current hitch head with the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Super Duty # BWRVB3300 (which is compatible with the elite series pucks) and utilize your Reese Revolution pin box.
A second option is to remove your gooseneck hitch and add base rails like # RP50066-58 for your truck giving you the 5th Wheel compatibility but also leaving a 4 inch hole in the bed where the gooseneck hitch once was.
A final option is to keep your gooseneck hitch, use the Replacement Slider Base for B&W Companion Slider 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVB3405 and lock the Revolution turret from moving so you don't utilize it.
With any of the options, I recommend the wiring harness # 50-97-410 to give you better access to your wiring connection and a cleaner look by adding a second 7-way connection to the bed of your truck.
