How to Order Spare Thule Keys for Apex Bike Rack

Question:

I currently only have one key for my Thule Apex 4 and would like to have a couple of spares. Is that something you would be able to provide or help with?

We can help you with spare keys for your any of your Thule products including roof rack, bike carriers and other accessories. All Thule lock cores have a code lightly stamped into the face; this is all you need to order the correct replacement keys.

Once you find that lock core code simply add it to the prefix THKEY _ _ _ _. For example, for a lock core N2818 order part # THKEYN2818. Keys are sold individually so for 4 spare keys order four of your appropriate key part.

Hi there, I lost my Thule keys for my Apex XT4 bike rack. I don’t see any codes on the lock. Is there another way I can find out which replacement key I need? Thank you!!

If you have a newer Apex rack there won't be a number stamped onto the lock core. Thule recently stopped doing this, so the only way to order the right replacement key is to know the key number - which is only stamped onto the key itself (Thule recommends writing the number down somewhere safe). Unfortunately your only option at this point is to actually replace the lock cores with part # TH450200.
