What Mounting bolts would you recommend with these D-Rings for an enclosed Trailer which the D-Rings will go on the floor to strap a motorcycle.

The mounting hole dimensions of the Brophy Rope D-Ring Tie-Down Anchor # SS15-C that you referenced is 7/16 inch by 7/16 inch. Best option would be to use a carriage bolt with shoulders that match that dimension and you'd be set.

The inner measurement of the Brophy D-Ring Tie Down Anchor item #DR01 is 2 1/4". I have attached a diagram with the measurement.

Sounds like you are asking about the distance between the mounting holes of the #LRB1, which is 2 inches, or the diameter of ring it is designed to fit which is 1/2 inches.

3/4 inch plywood will be fine as long as it is properly installed to the floor of your trailer and your motorcycle isn't a 1,200 lb monster like a Goldwing. I would recommend using an anchor plate below the plywood like the part #e96RR.
