What Mounting bolts would you recommend with these D-Rings for an enclosed Trailer which the D-Rings will go on the floor to strap a motorcycle.

The mounting hole dimensions of the Brophy Rope D-Ring Tie-Down Anchor # SS15-C that you referenced is 7/16 inch by 7/16 inch. Best option would be to use a carriage bolt with shoulders that match that dimension and you'd be set.
