Today we're going to take a look at the replacement roller assembly kit for the Gorilla Lift Utility Trailer Tailgate Lift Assist.This will replace the rollers, the pins, the clips and, the washers on the Gorilla Lift Utility Trailer Tailgate Lift Assist and, we do sell that separately on our website, it's part number GL1.These rollers are machined from a high density hard thermal plastic compound, similar to nylon and, this kit includes the two rollers, the two pins, the two clips and, the four washers. This is enough for one side.And a few dimensions on the rollers themselves. Overall length is, one and three quarter inches. Diameter is one inch. And then, basically what you would do when you go to put these together, you just put washer onto the pin, slide the roller on, put another washer on and then take the clip and just go ahead and install it onto, it will clip into place.And, that's the pieces on one and then, you do the same for the other and then, these two rollers will work on one side of the Tailgate Lift Assist.But, that should do it. Roller assembly set got my trailer's gorilla lift back in the tailgate fight. Suggest ordering a spare set as over time the cable creates fair, wear and tear on the roller assemblies. "Air Cavalry!"

Due to the locking device on my traile tailgate I had to make a couple of
brackets which required two additional rollers, and hardware. The new
rollers appear to be exact duplicates of the originals and I highly
recommend this product

The spring clip that is supposed to keep the roller captive does not seem to stay in place. I have had 2 more fall out since placing this order. I have given up on the spring clips and replaced them with cotter pins.

I love my gorilla lift. It is not stressful on my back when I lift the gate on my trailer. My wife loves it too! She helps me mow yards one day a week. She was bummed when the cables and rollers broke. Now I have replaced them and we are back in business. Love that the cost for parts is not real expensive!

Great product but LOOSE the clips. They just aren't trustworthy. I've lost both spring pins and a rear roller set in less than a year due to the clips. I've switched everyone of them over to a more heavy-duty clip even if I had to drill the hole out a bit.

I absolutely love my gorilla lift and have been using it for several years, I have had to replace my rollers only once and was glad to see the available at a good price
I use my trailer daily and the rollers get a good workout. With that being said,they do wear out. The ones I purchased were of great quality and was exactly what I needed to make my lift like new again. Very satisfied and will order again when needed!

It has made a huge difference! I can lift the tail gate with my foot now. It has really saved my back!
