Dimensions Between Bolt Holes for the CargoSmart 1/2" Anti-Rattle D-Ring Tie-Down Anchor

Question:
I’d like the measurement between the inner edge of the 2 bolt holes as indicated on the attached picture. I want to deck mount these. I hope they are spaced enough apart to allow me to go on either side of a support beam/frame member so I can reinforce them with a plate below. Not a fan of only going into the wood planks and risking a failure down the road should the wood deteriorate.

The distance between the closest part of the mounting holes for the CargoSmart 1/2" Anti-Rattle D-Ring Tie-Down Anchor # 3486509 measures right at 1-21/32". I have attached a photo to demonstrate this for you.
