The B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # BWRVK2602 is compatible with above-bed fifth wheel hitches from Demco, so if by "Ultimate Slider" you were referencing a Demco Hijacker such as # DM8550034 which mounts on above-bed rails then yes, it will work in your 2018 Ram 2500.
