Hey James, welcome back! The B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails item # BWRVK2506 is exactly what you need to add a set of 5th wheel rails to your 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500. The brackets are custom fit and will install in preexisting holes in your Silverado's frame.

I linked an installation video below so you can see how to get the item # BWRVK2506 installed.

As far as attaching your Superglide 4400 goes you may also need the PullRite Adapter Kit for Mounting Traditional SuperGlide Hitches to ISR or Gooseneck Rail Systems item # PUL98VR. If you're currently using your 4400 on industry standard 5th wheel rails you've already got this adapter. When the Superglide 4400 originally come out it mounted to a specific PullRite system and the item # PUL98VR adapter converts it to fit with industry standard 5th wheel rails like item # BWRVK2506.

To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 7' Long item # C56000. This harness puts a 4-way and 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.

James, that kit worked great on my 2019 2500HD. Only comment is during the install, make sure to get all bolts started and left with enough room for the brackets to move. Then once all of them are in, then start tightening them. I had to go back and loosen them to move the brackets around prior to final torquing. Kit was well constructedand not too bad to install.
