How do I remove/tighten the balls on my Rapid hitch?

Expert Reply:

There is a pin that keeps the hitch ball(s) in place on the platform. If you remove the platform of your Rapid Hitch adjustable ball mount then you can see and easily remove the pin to remove the hitch ball(s).

I have linked a review video for the Rapid Hitch # AM3413 where you can see this assembly being done at the 0:45 mark. If you need to replace this pin then it is found as part # AM3440 on our site.
