• How to Remove the Hitch Ball(s) on a Rapid Hitch Adjustable Ball Mount
  There is a pin that keeps the hitch ball(s) in place on the platform. If you remove the platform of your Rapid Hitch adjustable ball mount then you can see and easily remove the pin to remove the hitch ball(s).   The pin on your # AM3413 drops in during the installation so the only thing that would be preventing its removal is dirt or corrosion. It looks like you're already trying to pull it out using the threaded hole in the end so my only suggestion would be to try something like WD-40. Spray it into/around the pin hole and let it sit overnight so it can penetrate down in there. After you have given it some time try removing it again.
