Getting your trailer level makes all the difference in how it tows. This Rapid Hitch ball mount adjusts in 1" increments up to a 3-1/2" drop or a 4-1/2" rise, so you can line up your trailer just right. The height range gives you the flexibility to match different trailer styles and weights while keeping everything steady and even on the road.
When you’re pulling a big camper or work trailer, strength isn’t optional. The aluminum alloy construction keeps weight down but still handles up to 8,000 lbs GTW with the 2" ball and 10,000 lbs GTW with the 2-5/16" ball. Both hitch balls are zinc-plated steel for added durability. The shank fits 2" x 2" receivers, giving you a solid connection every time you hook up.
If you tow more than one trailer, swapping hitch balls can be a pain. This setup includes a two-sided platform—one side has a 2" diameter ball and the other a 2-5/16" diameter ball. Just flip it over to change sizes, no extra tools needed. An internal pin keeps the assembly secure, and there’s even a locking adjustment pin to hold it all in place while you’re on the move.
Leaving your hitch on the truck doesn’t have to mean worrying about it disappearing. This kit includes locking pins that secure both the shank and the adjustable ball housing. Two keys are provided and keyed alike for convenience. The locks keep everything tight and give you peace of mind wherever you park.
Road grime, rain, and salt can eat through steel over time, but this aluminum shank resists corrosion while keeping things light. It weighs just about 19 pounds total with the hitch ball attachment, making it easy to handle when moving between vehicles or storage. This hitch is extremely well made and makes it very easy to go from towing a lightweight storage trailer with my SUV and heavy towing with my 3/4 ton pickup. Switching ball sizes is a breeze. I highly recommend this hitch
Very well built, nice looking. It was a little more expensive but it is American made. You get what you pay for, so I had no problem with the little extra cost.
Hitch is built well. Looks great, easy to adjust. I love the locks. Shipping was very fast. Only downside is the price.

Have used this hitch around 100 times this year. I still have no complaints. It still looks good and it continues to be easy to adjust. The locks are great. My only downside a year ago was the price. That is the same after a full year of use.
