The Shelby Trailer Winch 5409B is a single speed brake hand winch with a 2,100 lb capacity. It was discontinued some time ago. In order to replace this winch I recommend using the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch part # DL15721. The Dutton-Lainson winch has an automatic brake for safety, zinc coating for protection, and 2,500 lb capacity. If you also need a new wire rope to go with this winch I recommend the Hand Winch Cable with Safety Hook part # DL24102.

Are you needing the handle for the above-mentioned Dutton-Lainson # DL15721? If so, it can be found with part # DL6454. If you're needing a handle for the older Shelby model winch that's mentioned, this is unfortunately no longer available.
