Looking for hand Wich that could take up to 100ft of 3/8 cable or I can step down to the next lower size cable

When using 3/8 inch cable, the hand winch we have available with the largest drum capacity is with the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL15440. This can handle up to 30 feet of 3/8 inch cable.
Since you are looking for a much longer length, I recommend checking out the Fulton High-Performance Trailer Winch # F142421. This winch uses 7/32 inch cable but can store up to 100 feet of it. It features a 3,200 pound capacity and 2 speeds to fit your specific application.
