have a question on curt 16310. is it in the same location as standard rails so my camper will clear the back of my cab?

The center of your fifth wheel jaws will be right over the center of the ball hole of the hitch you have installed in the bed of your hitch. So basically right over the rear axle like all fifth wheel hitch setups need to be.
