Question:
I have an aluminum trailer. 2 horse bumper pull with walk through and dressing room. I want to build either a fold down bed in one of the horse areas or a fixed platform on one side or nose of the dressing room. It’s for staying when doing endurance competitions. Can I mount the track to the aluminum side walls? And then get a frame to fold down with the brackets

Expert Reply:
To make a bed inside your aluminum 2 horse trailer I recommend going with E-Track # E19146. This single 4 foot long section is rated for 6,000 pounds of course this is the mounted weight, we just want to ensure that the trailer is rated above 2,000 pounds if in future use that capacity for other purposes. But if you used 2 extra for added support then you and your hunting buddy or grand kid, you would be good to go.
You could then use 6 or 8 of bracket # 59149 to start creating the bunk beds. This system would be completed by adding a bunk mattress # e99FR.
I have a diagram of what this set up will look like.
