Will the Progressive Dynamics Pure Sine Wave Inverter with Transfer Switch Work with Shore Power

Can I use the 3 components listed above together? PD44FR can supply AC power to the PD4045KA inverted from the battery and will also switch between shore/genny and Inverted DC, correct? But what about the PD4045KA converter function? If it has AC power from the inverter will it always try to charge the battery or is there some bypass function Im missing? Thanks,

The Progressive Dynamics Pure Sine Wave Inverter with Transfer Switch part # PD44FR will be hooked up to both the batteries and shore power/generator. The integrated transfer switch will then transfer power to the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger part # PD4045KA. The switch knows when you are hooked up to shore power and will cut power to the batteries when the connection is made.
The Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger is lithium compatible.
