Question:
I would like to know if a Rock Tamer mud flap setup will fit between the hitch and the receiver? Or is there a dimension that i could get from the center of the hitch pin to the back of the adjustable area. Please let me know thanks

The Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 2" Hitches # ERT00108 requires there to be 1 inch between the back of the ball mount and the opening of the hitch receiver as you can see in the graphic I've added below. The Rapid Hitch Adjustable, Aluminum Ball Mount Kit # AM3405 is 2-3/4 inches from the center of the closest hitch pin hole to the back of the ball mount, while the center of the furthest hitch pin hole to the back of the ball mount is 4-1/4 inches, as you can see in the accompanying photo.
You will need to measure from the center of your 2011 Ram 3500's hitch pin hole to the edge of the receiver and if that distance allows there to be at least an inch of space you will be able to use this combination together. I've added links to video reviews of these products for you to take a look at as well.
