Can Rear Fascia Door be Reinstalled After Installing Trailer Hitch on a 2018 GMC Acadia

Question:

I would like to install a hitch on my 2018 GMC Acadia. but before i order a hitch i would like to see a picture of the Draw-Tite #76023 installed with the Fascia trim cover reinstalled. Any pictures would be helpful. My reason for the hitch is only for a bike rack.

As it is the fascia door on your 2018 GMC Acadia cannot be reinstalled once Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 76023 is in place. It can be trimmed and put back on, see instructions link, but not will not fit unless it is trimmed. Basically the door is trimmed to about the size and shape of the receiver since that is the part of the hitch that prevents the door from reinstalling.
