How Visible Will CURT Trailer Hitch # 11317 Be On 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX

Question:
Im looking for a hitch that will hook up to my 2011 wry sedan. I want it to be hidden. Do you have a hitch that can do that? or will the bottom stick out? Thanks.

The item you selected, CURT Trailer Hitch, part # 11317, will fit your 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX. The hitch will be visible from the rear and you will be able to see the cross tubing of the hitch. The hitch is designed to be tucked up out of the way, but cannot be completely hidden, as you would not be able access the receiver.
With any hitch, it will be somewhat visible but the hitch manufacturer does try to design the hitch to be mounted as close to the vehicle or out of sight as much as possible.
However, since the hitch is painted black, it will be less noticeable. I have attached a picture of a different model CURT hitch on 2010 Subaru Wagon to give you an idea of how the hitch will look when mounted. I have also linked instructions for the CURT Trailer Hitch, part # 11317, and an FAQ on hitch installation.
