Question:
Was wanting to get a bandw hitch for my 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 and was wanting to purchase air bags later on for it on the back. Will this work out or will it just depend on what air bags I get? Thank you

You are smart to check ahead of time on the compatibility of a rear axle air bag kit with an in-bed hitch such as the B&W Turnoverball Under-bed gooseneck # BWGNRK1059. Some air bag kits work fine with in-bed hitches but not all of them!
If you have a 1500HD or 1500LD 4WD you can use AirLift kit # AL57272.
To make the most of the air bag installation I recommend including an on-board compressor kit # AL25980. This allows you adjust bag pressure on the fly which makes it MUCH easier to find that sweet spot. Plus you do not have to get out of the truck to manually air-up the bags each time you want to change their pressure.
