Availability of Longer Hitch Extender for Help Backing Jet Ski Trailer into Water

I’m just looking to extend the distance between my vehicle and trailer only when putting my jet ski in and out of the water. Does the trailer hitch extender come with a tapered end so it can be inserted into my hitch?

The # C49480 isn't a hitch extender. It's actually just a 48 inch long hitch tube for fabrication purposes.
If you had a 2-1/2 inch hitch the Reese extender part # RP45292 is 34 inches long and might work well for you.
