Can this vehicle be flat towed behind an RV? If so what parts will I need

According to the owner's manual for your 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage, the vehicle cannot be flat-towed. Instead, you will want to use either a trailer or tow dolly. Using a tow dolly will usually be the most cost effective way to tow a vehicle. It will also require far less modifications to the vehicle if any in addition to providing the least amount of stress.
For a tow dolly that will work well for you, I recommend using the Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1.
