Need to purchase hubs for following specs, do you have them? Bolt Pattern - 5 on 4.5 or 4.75 Wheel size 15 Inner bearing ID = 1.25 Outer bearing ID = 0.75 Threaded width = 0.75

I do have an option for you but we don't have a trailer hub that uses a 1.25" diameter inner and .75" outer diameter bearing that works with a 15" diameter wheel. The only trailer hub we have that uses both a 1.25" diameter inner and .75" outer diameter bearing is the Trailer Hub Assembly part # DX22XR. Please note that in order to determine the correct size bearings you will need to measure the spindle to the nearest thousandth of an inch using a digital caliper like part # PTW80157.
A 15" diameter trailer wheel is rather large for a trailer that size trailer therefore I recommend using a trailer wheel/tire combo that is more properly rated for that size trailer like the Kenda Bias Trailer Tire with 12" White Wheel part # AM30660. I have also attached a list of our 12" diameter wheels that use a 5 on 4-1/2' lug pattern for you as well.
