The Trailer Hub Assembly # DX22XR referenced in your question is a relatively unique hub that is typically used in military applications. It is designed for 2,500 pound axles that feature spindles/studs that accept an inner bearing with a 1.250 inch inner diameter. an outer bearing with a 0.750 inch inner diameter, and a grease seal with a 1.688 inch inner diameter.

We do not have this type of spindle available but if you are just looking for the correct replacement hub for your trailer you will want to measure your existing spindles with a digital caliper. Measure the points on the spindle where the bearings and seal will sit (see attached image). You can also check for numbers that should be stamped right inside the bearings themselves on your existing hub.
