E-Bike Rack Recommendation for Prius V with Built in Ramp

Question:
Have an electric bike that I cannot lift. I drive cross country and need to access the rear of my 2012 Prius V without removing the bike. Looks like Thule has an expensive rack I wonder if there are less expensive version that exclude lifting the bike.

The only bike rack that matches all of your needs is the Thule EasyFold part # TH903202 that you referenced. It's the only E-bike rack with the needed capacity for a heavier E-bike, can fit in a Class I hitch like what Prius has, and has a built in ramp to make loading and unloading bikes easier.
