E-Bike Rack Recommendation for Prius V with Built in Ramp

Question:

Have an electric bike that I cannot lift. I drive cross country and need to access the rear of my 2012 Prius V without removing the bike. Looks like Thule has an expensive rack I wonder if there are less expensive version that exclude lifting the bike.
