We have a large selection of Kodiak disc brake assemblies available that you can look through. The kit that will work to replace the existing brakes on your trailer will depend on the axle capacity, bolt pattern and the inner and outer bearing numbers. I was unable to find any information regarding the model 36132 axle that you mentioned.
After locating the axle capacity and measuring your bolt pattern (for which I have attached a helpful article that explains this process), I recommend pulling the existing hub/rotors to check for the bearing information. The numbers should be stamped onto the bearings themselves.
For example, the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR35D features 10 inch rotor diameter assemblies and are designed for 3,500 pound axles. They have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern, use the # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing. It fits 13 inch and larger wheels.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this kit, along with a link that will take you to our available selection of Kodiak disc brakes that you can look through. You can filter through the different sizes, bolt patterns, and capacities by using the facets on the left side of the page.
