Features to know about

Keeps Your Trailer Rock Solid: 5,000-lb Scissor Stabilizer Strength

Nothing ruins a setup faster than a trailer that won’t stay still. This Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jack locks things down with a 5,000-lb capacity and a 24" lift, giving your setup a firm, steady base. Its bow-tie style foot keeps it balanced even on soft ground, so you can move around inside without the rocking or sway.

Handles Heavy Use Without Bending: Steel Build with Rust Protection

Rough campsites and repeated setups can take a toll on lighter jacks. This one uses heavy-gauge steel construction to hold up under pressure and resist bending over time. The black powder coat finish protects it from rust and corrosion, so it stays reliable season after season.

Simple Bolt-On Setup: Universal Mounting with Included Hardware

Installing new stabilizers shouldn’t turn into a full rebuild. This jack bolts right on using the included hardware and a standard pattern that lines up with most mounts. If your existing holes don’t match perfectly, the flat mounting plate makes drilling new ones simple. Once installed, just turn the 3/4" nut with a hand crank to raise or lower it—clockwise to lift, counterclockwise to lower.

Adapts to Real-World Terrain: Adjustable Range from 4-1/4" to 24"

Uneven ground is part of camping life, but this jack keeps things level anyway. It adjusts from a low 4-1/4" all the way up to 24", so you can stabilize confidently no matter where you park. The wide base and stable geometry help prevent sinking or shifting on dirt, gravel, or asphalt.

A Reliable Replacement: Industry-Standard Design That Fits Right In

Upgrading damaged or rusted jacks is easy with this model’s standard size and mounting pattern. It’s designed to stabilize part of your trailer’s weight, not lift the entire load—exactly what’s needed for steady, lasting support during setup or storage.

They are working good. A lot better than factory ones. Glad that I purchased these.

by:

Had it under trailer for seven months now and no problems.

by:

Quality seems good. Threads must be finer than original, takes more cranks to move this replacement up or down.

by:

It bolted right up, all the mounting holes lined right up and the hardware supplied was the right size.

by:

Average quality rv scissors jack ... hoped for a higher more robust jack but didn't find it.

by:

Received and installed this new jacks this weekend. They are way stronger the the original factory jacks. Looking forward to our first trip this summer. Plan to buy 2 more for the front of the travel trailer.

by:

Etrailer never disappoints. I always get good stuff at a fair price and delivered in a timely manner.

by:

Exact replacement of my old Jack that had a bent rod, but now my other ones don't look as nice as this one!

by:

Bought as extra 5th wheel stabilizers. Order arrived a day early and j
ack's work perfectly.

by:

The stabilizer jack that I purchased was an Oem replacement for the original which was bent in an accident. Install was simple and works great. Replacement tire cover looks great. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast.

by:

Just finished installing. The bolt holes on trailer frame were not quite perfect for top of stabilizer but I managed to get them tight. Quality seems very nice. I've seen people at RV parks use cordless drill attachment to screw up/down stabilizers but product says warranty void if you do. I believe if you use drill to lower or raise and you get too tight the 26" screw will bend under the pressure. that's what happened to my old stabilizer I suspect by the previous owner. You can't repair these if bent. I would purchase again.

by:

I bought this product to replace the original equipment electric LCI stabilizers that came on my 31ft travel trailer as they performed poorly from day one and eventually stopped working all together. I removed the existing stabilizers and installed all four of these in about an hour. I reused the existing holes and hardware. My camper has never been this solid. Couldn't be happier. This is not my first experience with etrailer. I have been buying from them for years. They are up front with availability, have great product knowledge and are very accommodating when I am not so thrilled with a product..........which is not the case with this one, I wish my camper came with these to begin with.

by:

These stabilizer jacks were a huge improvement over the cheap stock ones that came on my travel trailer. Better finish, smooth operation, and very strong. I would highly recommend them. E-trailer is my go to source for RV parts and accessories. Great customer service and products.

by:

These things make a great trailer jack. A plate on top and your done. Tried
bottle jacks, these are great.

good, but it wont lift a stock trailer with three bulls

by:

I may have over-bought. The old jack was rusty and damaged, so I measured the length of the screw. The new jack is the same size exactly, but MUCH heavier gauge metal. I had to drill out the existing holes to 5/16" to accommodate the self-tapping screws that came with the new jack. The new screws went in with no trouble.

The new jack adds a couple pounds to my dry weight, but it is very sturdy. I don't expect that I will ever have to replace it. The paint/coating is very smooth and thick.

  • Stabilizer Scissor Jack with 5000lb Capacity and 24” Lift For Use With Power Drill
I have a solution for you, but when I called Lippert to confirm the size of the bolt on the Lippert Components Scissor Jack # LC285325 they informed me that this particular jack should not be raised or lowered using a power tool, but it does have a 3/4" nut. For that reason, I recommend instead going with the Stromberg Carlson # JSC-24-IND which works with a standard 3/4" socket. If you needed a matching socket for this jack, you can use the Ultra-Fab Speed Socket which is an adapter for...

  • Scissor Stabilizer Jack Screws Will Not Turn
Hello Tino, thanks for reaching out. Are you able to turn the handle for the jack at all? Or is the whole thing locked up? If the handle turns but the jack does not move, it could be the nut on the other side is stripped and is not allowing the jack to go up or down. If the main screw isn't turning, it could be the screw has somehow disconnected from the screw. There is no lock mechanism for these jacks. It could be they are just too rusty/corroded, and they seized up. Either way, it sounds...

  • Can You Replace the Threaded Rod in the RV Scissor Jacks

The mounting pattern is pretty standard so they should be an easy bolt-on swap for most applications.
