Features to know about

Keeps Your Trailer Rock Solid: Dual Scissor Jacks with 10,000-lb Capacity

Nobody likes feeling their trailer shift when they move around inside. This pair of Lippert scissor stabilizer jacks gives you a total support capacity of 10,000 lbs, or 5,000 lbs per jack, to keep things steady once parked. Each jack adjusts anywhere from 4-1/4" up to a full 30" of lift, so you can take the wobble out on uneven ground and enjoy a solid setup every time.

Stays Steady on Soft Ground: Bow-Tie Bases That Grip the Surface

Soft dirt or gravel can cause standard jacks to sink, but these scissor jacks use wide bow-tie bases that hold firm even when the ground isn’t perfect. They spread out the load so the jacks stay planted and stable during setup and use.

Built to Last Outdoors: Heavy-Gauge Steel with Powder Coat Finish

Long days on the road mean exposure to rain, dust, and road grime. Each jack is built from heavy-gauge steel for strength, then finished in a black powder coat that resists rust and corrosion. They’re made to handle everyday camping use and keep their performance season after season.

Installs Easily: Bolt-On Mounts with Included Hardware and Handle

You don’t need special tools or custom brackets to get these set up. The Lippert jacks have an industry-standard mounting pattern and come ready for bolt-on installation with hardware included. The handle is in the box too, so you can crank them up or down manually right out of the gate.

Ready When You Need It: Compact 4-1/4" Collapsed Height

When folded, each jack sits just 4-1/4" high from its mounting point. That low profile keeps ground clearance in check while staying out of the way when you’re on the move. Collapse them down, hit the road, and they’ll be ready again for your next stop.

jacks.. got the jacks when he said theyed be here.. put them on trailer... nice for the money and easy to put on .. thank you

by:

Great price. Got my scissor jacks in three or four days.

by:

Deception in advertisin It may be my fault for not reading to total description in detail rather than glancing over it. Similar products from other companies list the weight capacity as each but this product lists the 10,000 pound weight capacity as both. They are only good for 5000 each. The [online] option was at least 6000 pounds! The only reason they were not returned is the 30in capability.

We do have it listed on the product page that the capacity is 5000 pounds per jack and that the combined capacity is 10,000 pounds.

Awesome, the delivery was on time, navigating thru the web site was easy,im using to replace the old jacks in rear of my 5th wheel,

by:

Always fast to receive from etrailer and with 4 teenage boys staying with us needed the extra stability

by:

Work just fine. I put them on my motorhome and wasn't able to put them on the way I wanted. Still work ok

by:

Very happy with product. As advertised. Arrived on time. Easy online ordering. Will use etrailer again.

by:

Thanks, the jacks and support bars works great and also keeping me informed on the back order. Will order again from you

by:

Top quality items at a great price. Fast shipping and prompt help. This is why I shop with etrailer.

by:

Have Jack's mounted and work fine. Crank is not useful. Going to find another way to run the Jack's up and down.

by:

Fast delivery. Exactly what I wanted!

by:

I have yet to use the product, but I am sure it will be satisfactory. The jacks will be used to stabilize the rear of our 5th wheel trailer.

by:

I have purchased product from eTrailer many times and their service has always been excellent. Ordered these stabilizers on Wednesday and received on Friday. Always great value and quality products.

by:

This product was a replacement for one of scissor jacks that was on my camper that was all bent up. Replaced it with a new one, which was easy with the the self tapping screws provided.

by:

These worked out great easy to install with the circular mounting plate.

by:

We have a mobile home that needed leveling. I bought 2 sets of these. The website was easy to navigate and purchasing easy and smooth. Shipping was free and the jacks were delivered faster than anticipated. Right out of the box they were easy to use, place and set. They have done their job well so far. My only critique is that when I was researching the jacks I wanted the title says 12,000 lbs. That is not per jack, it is the 2 combined, so what I got was 2 jacks rated for 6000 lbs each. In all honesty it was an error on my part for not paying closer attention to the detailed description were it does say it is combined.

by:

Bought these to replace the ones on my RV.
They
have wortked flawlessly for over 18,000 KMs and all the weather we encountered. Very pleased with them and the service at etrailer.

by:

The jacks were well packaged and shipped out fast. I got these to replace tho ones on my camper and they bolted right up.

by:

Great product. Well made, sturdy and easy to install. Would recommend to friends. Thank you etrailer

After 1 year these stabilizers are still working great without any problems. Well mmade and great etrailer service too.

by:

The camper jacks were as pictured and described. I was not able to bolt them to the frame due to the narrow 3 inch wide frame. I welded them to the frame and they work great. Much better than the electric stabilizer that came with the 5th wheel camper. I would recommend them to anyone.

Definitely recommend still operating like the first day of installation

by:

Added these to stabilize my Forest River V-Lite 36' camper with 3 slides. With the existing Lippert electric stabilizers, the camper rocked severely when someone walked around in it. These jacks were just the ticket. I use them about 8-10' in from the ends on the frame. The array of holes on the jacks allowed me to angle them at 45 degrees. This helped the swaying and rocking. Love what they have done for us.

by:

Work great and good backup to electrical Jack. Our electricals were not working but now are. Hopefully, they remain as backup as have to handcraft or additional support.

by:

Easy to install. Solid as a rock.

by:

Exact replacement for stabilizer jacks on my trailer.

  • Best Way to Control Sway on a 2018 Thor Motor Coach Gemini 24TX
I do have options for you to help control sway on your 2018 Thor Motor Coach Gemini 24TX but they do not make a steering stabilizer for this chassis to my knowledge. Instead, I recommend adding a rear anti-sway bar like the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar for Vans part # RM-1209-131. The rear anti-sway bar is actually going to do more for you in regards to sway control compared to a steering stabilizer. The rear anti-sway bars are also typically the most beneficial enhancement that you can...

  • Will SnapPad SnapJack SJ For Scissor Jacks Work With 9,200 lb Trailer
Hi Marty; to answer your question, the SnapPad SnapJack SJ for RV Scissor Jack Stabilizers # SN65FR will work for your 9,200 lb trailer, yes. The specs aren't actually for the SnapPads themselves (which I know is a bit confusing). The # SN65FR will fit scissor jacks that have individual capacities for 5,000 lbs to 7,000 lbs. For example these will fit the Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # LC285344 which have a 5,000 lb per-jack capacity.

  • Recommended Replacement Stabilizer Jacks For A 2011 K-Z Durango 1500
If you are needing to replace the stabilizer jacks on your 2011 K-Z Durango 1500, we will have 2 different styles. The Stallion Stabilizer Jacks # 288-01892-2 are a drop down style so they are easy to use, but they are only rated up to 1,000 pounds and have 22-1/4" of travel. The Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # LC285344, on the other hand, are scissor jacks so they will be a little more difficult to deploy. However, they are rated up to 10,000 pounds (combined) and have 30" of lift....

  • Recommended Travel Trailer Stabilizer Jacks For 6,000LB Dry Weight Camper
Since you are looking at stabilizer jacks the weight is not as important especially with a dry trailer weight of 5,977lbs. Most stabilizer jacks are rated for at least a 5,000lb rating per jack. Do remember that this is a stabilizing weight rating and not a lifting capacity. I would focus mostly on lifting height and mounting position. You want to make sure that the jacks are tall enough for your camper not only on level ground but if you like to dry camp at more primitive sites you will...

  • RV Scissor Jack Solution with Round Upper Mounting Bracket
There isn't a way to rotate the mount in relation to the foot direction of the stabilizer scissor jacks part # JSC-24 and since none of our options are setup like that our best solution would be the # LC285344 which has a round mounting bracket on the top instead.

  • Recommendation to Stabilize Living Quarters Horse Trailer with Single Front Jack
To help stabilize your horse trailer I recommend adding sets of the Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks with Handle # LC285344 along your trailer frame. These are designed to essentially take up space between your trailer frame and the ground and limit rocking. Typically you'll install one set at the front of the trailer and one set at the back but you can install these anywhere along the frame to give you the best situation possible. The only thing you want to keep note of is that these...

  • How to Remove Stabilizer Jacks From a Travel Trailer
There are only 2 ways to install a jack on a trailer; by bolting it on or by welding it on. A simple bolt-on installation could very well be removed at home but you will need to make sure that whatever jack you decide to replace it with is installed correctly for safety. If it is welded on you will need to find a qualified welder to remove the jacks. If you have scissor style stabilizer jacks like the Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks with Handle # LC285344, then we do offer a stabilizer...

  • What Size Drill Bit is Needed to Attach Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks with Included Hardware
The Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks with Handle - 30" Lift - 10,000 lbs - Qty 2 # LC285344 comes with #14 self tapping screws, which have a diameter of about .20", so you'll want to use something like a 1/8" drill bit if you're not using the existing holes in the frame. If you've got something smaller than that it might work but I'd be worried about breaking the bit off drilling into a solid steel frame, so proceed with caution if you're going that route.

  • Can Scissor Jacks Be Used To Lift A 2020 Thor Delano Class C Motorhome
Scissor jacks like the Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks with Handle # LC285344 are only designed to stabilize your RV. This means they can only be lowered until they're just touching the ground so that they prevent your RV from rocking side to side. If you're looking to lift the motorhome you would need a leveling jack like the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590. The installation of this system can be quite a bit of work so I'd recommend having...

The friction in the threads of the screw on the Lippert Scissor Stabilizer Jacks with Handle # LC285344 keep it from allowing itself to unscrew and lower itself. When the weight of the trailer pushes horizontally on the threads of the jack it does not allow it unscrew itself.

There's no reason why you couldn't use the # LC285344 scissor jacks to stabilize your RV when it's parked.
