Can you please tell me where to locate the brake wiring harness plug on the truck?

On your 2013 Ford E-350, the factory brake controller port should be located beneath the dash, taped to another harness behind the emergency brake. I have attached an installation video on an earlier model Ford Van that will be similar to your process.
To install the brake controller, such as the excellent Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195, you will just need the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 90195. One end of the adapter will plug into the factory port in question on your vehicle, while the other end will connect to the brake controller itself.
