Usually this happens if the side rails are positioned incorrectly. If the side rails are not in the exact right spot it will cause wrinkles in the cover. Take a look at the installation video to determine if your side rails are misaligned on your truck.

cover has stretched in a year. It will make the next trip but not sure how many more trips. We travel from Florida to Montana and back. Last covers where from a different manufacturer and lasted about 5 years each.

I installed this cover in about 45 minutes. No problems with the installation. I really like the tension springs in the back as they keep tension on the cover at all times. I have had other covers that you needed to adjust and they didn't work as well as this one. Excellent delivery as always.

Great product, easy to install. Still looks great and keeps the contents dry. Worked great initially. Didn't give it 5 stars because the locking mechanism started to fail lately and not close right and tends to open when driving on the highway. Otherwise very good.

Hi Aleberto, Thank you for your review! For this tonneau cover, TruXedo recommends cleaning out the rails and assemblies periodically to remove any dust and debris that can clog up the locking mechanisms.

This is my second purchase of the tuXedo soft roll up tonneau for my new Dodge Ram. Weather extremes in Northern Wisconsin are significant but the performance of this tonneau is unaffected by hot or extreme cold. My previous one showed some small patches of wear near the snap in bar area after 4 years of service but still kept the weather out after 5.5 years of service. Even with the factory bed liner it was a simple and enjoyable installation process. I like the fact that I had the option of phone order direct rather than online order to confirm questions. Shipping was much faster than I had anticipated. I would confidently work with etrailer for future purchases.

Great value. I do not have any disappointments in this product. It has seen over 40k miles in the last year, literately running from coast to coast. Highly recommend for those with goosenecks and fifth-wheels, I have both. It is so easy to cover the bed when I drop the trailer and it looks like a quality product... because it is.

My tonneau cover was great until my wife used my truck, rolled up the tonneau cover to haul some furniture and did not use the straps to secure it. The cover unraveled while driving down the road and got all mangled up. It’s no longer usable after only 2 months, user error.

That really stinks! We do offer a number of replacement parts from Truxedo, including a replacement tarp for this TuXport cover TX7248901. The replacement tarp is part # TX2489-CVR. You will need the serial number from the covers frame or the date code from the original tarp to order a replacement.

It’s been 1 year since I installed this cover. My truck is kept outdoors in the heat in South Carolina and is still looking and functioning as good as the first day.

Over all good product for the cost. The only downside is that in cross winds going down the interstate it sometimes wants to come loose at the Velcro do to the material could have been cut just a tad smaller so the Velcro was 100% on the rails. Other than that the product is great!

Got it in about 10 days.Just installed it (little easier with a helping hand) after watching the YouTube video. Pretty straight forward install, (the 1/2" ratchet is a must) and took about half hour from unboxing. Seems real sturdy. Great value for the price.

Well, I ordered and wanted the old version of the cover, where you manually open the latch on both sides. I got the new version with pull cord that opens both sides. Will see how that lasts. This is my 3rd of the same cover I have owned, the first two have been great. I just put this one on the new 3500 long bed. Fits great, will see how the pull latch lasts. I would recommend these covers.
