The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57391 are a confirmed fit for your 2017 Ford F-250 truck. Due to the 4 inch lift, you will also want to add the Air Lift Lock-N-Lift Spacers for Lifted Vehicles - 4" Lift # AL52440. This combination will give you the air springs compatible with your lift and will give you the manual inflation option.
If you want to add the ability to adjust your air springs at any time, I recommend adding the gauge and compressor. The Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs- Heavy Duty - Dual Path # AL25856 will allow you to adjust the air in your springs at the touch of a button from inside your truck. You can adjust each spring independently for off-center loads as well.
