The shipment package was very poor. Appears that the box was previously opened and all the items were scattered inside the box and dirty like they were rolled around in the dirt. Items inside the box were damaged. Called customer support and they were not very helpful or friendly. etrailer does not seem to care about handling their end responsibility without inconvenience to the customer. Also, seems like the customer service is limited to what they can do to make it right.3205214
Nice kit! Install was straight forward on my 2020 Ram 3500 Cab and Chassis utility body truck. Good bag clearance even with oversized tires. Airbags arrived when they was supposed to everything was included in box nothing was missing. Instructions was easy to follow everything went together well took a few hours to do because I tried to install without taking the wheels off..mistake and wasted time not takthem off. I have used these air bags on other trucks and they make a big difference when towing. No more bottoming out the suspension and the trailer doesn’t even feel like it is back there. I put these on a 2019 ram 3500 single rear wheel cab and chassis. You do have to drill 4 holes in the frame for each side and there are brake and fuel lines on the drivers side. It took me a half a day to install and I have a decent shop with a lift. There was nothing hard, it just took time to get things out of the way and drill the holes. I did cut 2x4s and jig up the brackets to help install.909471

In order to install the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2478 you are going to be required to remove the rear wheels and rest the axle on jack stands. When it comes to drilling, you will be required to do some drilling into the vehicle frame to install these airbags.
