According to the installation instructions, you will have to do a little bit of drilling in order to install etrailer Trailer Hitch, # e53AR, on your 1995 Dodge Dakota. I have included a link to the installation details for you to view. With any of the available hitches for your truck, there will be some drilling involved.
If you decide to go with this hitch, the ball mount is # 36051 and you can use pin and clip # PC2. For a ball you can use # 19256 (1-7/8 inch diameter) or # 19258 (2 inch diameter). For trailer wiring, use # 118329.
I have included a link to the installation details and a video showing a typical installation of the # 118329 wiring harness for you to view.
