The hitch I recommend that fits a 2017 Honda Accord hybrid is the Curt Hitch item # C11496. This hitch has a 1-1/4 inch receiver and will bolt on to your Accord hybrid. Note that this hitch is going to require the trimming of the underbody panel on your Accord hybrid. I've added a link to a video of this hitch being installed on a '17 Accord as well as a link to our selection of bike racks that fit a Class I rack with a 1-1/4 inch receiver such as the Kuat Transfer # KU74FR.
